Firm History
50+ Years of Serving Greater Baltimore
Lutherville Law Group traces its roots back to 1965, when the late Gerald “Gerry” Klein opened his law practice in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1971, Thomas E. Webb rented in an office in the same suite as Klein, and after working together for almost 15 years, the two lawyers officially partnered and formed the firm Klein & Webb, and moved their offices to the historic Heaver Plaza in Lutherville, Maryland in 1985.
After Gerry Klein’s retirement in the early 1990s, Tom Webb and another of the firm’s partners, Eric J. Blitz, created the firm Webb & Blitz in 1995. Mr. Blitz retired from the firm in 2009 and Mr. Webb moved the firm’s offices to downtown Towson.
In 2012, Mr. Webb retired and E. Jacob Wolf, one of his associates, took over the firm and changed its name to Webb & Wolf. In 2018, Mr. Wolf joined with Jonathan E. Siegel, who shared office space at the firm’s Towson office, and the two attorneys moved the firm to its current location at 2035 York Road in Lutherville. Upon relocation to our new home in Lutherville, the firm changed its name to Lutherville Law Group.

Eli “Jacob” Wolf is the firm’s managing partner and founder of Maryland Divorce Mediators.
Jacob practices as a mediator and counsel to individuals and small businesses.
Jonathan Siegel is a partner and serves as general counsel to several area businesses.
Jon focuses on real estate and financing, assisting commerical clients.
Tehila Feldbuam is an associate attorney and mediator.
Tehila primarily works in our mediation practice known as Maryland Divorce Mediators.
